Heb 12:1-11 Love

The New Testament opens with Jesus showing us how much he loves us, that this is all worth it to be with him in his kingdom. Again, the devil responds with his own offer, but of money rather than love.

The Jews receive God’s love on the inside in the first baptism of the Holy Spirit. They abide in God’s love through his Spirit. They demonstrate God’s love with healing as they announce his kingdom. And they free others to receive his love as they all drive away demons.
